The Crimson Room - Cool Web Game

Jason's Pick: The Crimson Room Game of Logic

This a game where you have to use logic and find clues to escape the "Crimson Room." Just click around to find items to help you out. I got out after about 6 minutes. Very fun. The hardest part is  waiting for the site to load. Be patient. Its worth it. The "Crimson Room" was created by this Japanese guy and there are other room/games available. He has a blog, but my browser doesn't support the text in it. Though there is some nice animation on his home page. Kudos to him for creating the Crimson Room.

MY TIP: you might need milkandcookies to get you through this one.

Some fun facts about this site from Jason

There are less than 4000 people in the world who can escape this house.
The Crimson Room @ http://flash.qbol.net/pl;p/youxi/images/04042203.swf
There are 13 items hidden in this room in order to let you  get out of  this room.
If you found:
0-6 items, your IQ is very low, total idiot
6-8 items, Low IQ, u r an idiot
9-10 items, u r normal
11-12 items, your IQ is high, above the average.
13 items found and get out of the room, there are less than
4000 people  in  the world can do it.

On Jason...

This post is bought to you by my dear old locker partner in high school @ Townsend Harris, Jason. I distinctly remember mornings where I would try to squish my huge puffy girly coat into a tiny locker, only to have his basketball or hockey equipment suddenly fall out. I don't know how we did it. I think I never got  a locker because I was too lazy, and then one day I asked him if I could put my coat in his locker. He said fine, and soon enough the deal was solid. Little did he know it would be a year long commitment. All in all, Jason is a great guy. I am  glad we still keep in touch years later. He is quite a funny guy. Thanks for the link Jason.

The crimson rm wasn't bad, but its definately not a measure of intelligence (which is not to say I did not escape). I was clicking all over the screen again and again before things were revealed but a time killer and there's nothing wrong w/that. thanx for the amusement

To add a little.. I believe it went soemthing like this.. Veronica racing to sign the little senior sign-in book (how dumb was that system by the way for attendance tracking), ran up to me and said can I put my coat in your locker?? I was slightly confused by this since we left the old building where everyone had to share a locker to go to the new one where everyone could have their own. But I figured sure I could share for a day or two, little did I know that I was entering into a year long sharing agreement :) Veronica accurately described her "huge puffy girly coat" and how she would complain about all my sports equipment that would always fall out of the locker on her. But she did choose the right locker partner as I went on internship in the second half of the year so she had the locker to herself...

Thanks for the memories... Hard to believe it was so long ago already...
