Google & The Museum Mile Festival

Charlie recently blogged about the Museum Mile Festival. I was sad I missed it, but Goggle it seems did not. The logo on their main search page pays homage to the great Frank Lloyd Wright. You can clearly make out the Guggenheim in the G.

The Crimson Room - Cool Web Game

Jason's Pick: The Crimson Room Game of Logic

This a game where you have to use logic and find clues to escape the "Crimson Room." Just click around to find items to help you out. I got out after about 6 minutes. Very fun. The hardest part is  waiting for the site to load. Be patient. Its worth it. The "Crimson Room" was created by this Japanese guy and there are other room/games available. He has a blog, but my browser doesn't support the text in it. Though there is some nice animation on his home page. Kudos to him for creating the Crimson Room.

MY TIP: you might need milkandcookies to get you through this one.

Some fun facts about this site from Jason

There are less than 4000 people in the world who can escape this house.
The Crimson Room @ http://flash.qbol.net/pl;p/youxi/images/04042203.swf
There are 13 items hidden in this room in order to let you  get out of  this room.
If you found:
0-6 items, your IQ is very low, total idiot
6-8 items, Low IQ, u r an idiot
9-10 items, u r normal
11-12 items, your IQ is high, above the average.
13 items found and get out of the room, there are less than
4000 people  in  the world can do it.

On Jason...

This post is bought to you by my dear old locker partner in high school @ Townsend Harris, Jason. I distinctly remember mornings where I would try to squish my huge puffy girly coat into a tiny locker, only to have his basketball or hockey equipment suddenly fall out. I don't know how we did it. I think I never got  a locker because I was too lazy, and then one day I asked him if I could put my coat in his locker. He said fine, and soon enough the deal was solid. Little did he know it would be a year long commitment. All in all, Jason is a great guy. I am  glad we still keep in touch years later. He is quite a funny guy. Thanks for the link Jason.

Ronda & Veronica Rock out @ the Ganesvoort with Friends

This is a well owed post of some photos from our B-Day celebration at the Gansevoort hotel. There was a great turnout and it was wonderful seeing everyone despite the weather. Thanks for the drinks, e-cards, and Agatha thanks for the pool party Sephora liquid soaps. We will be sure to have them out at our next outdoor bash. Here are some pics. To see more click on the photo album link at the right.

For those of you that don't know the story. After the rooftop bar soiree, a few of us went over to Pop Burger for some eats. The calamari and sliders were excellent. Too bad the drunk guy that accosted women decided to sit at our table. Thankful that he did, as fearless Christina managed to get the bouncer and get the drunk boy booted out. Ahh, what would we do without our friends.
